Before founding Keshav Shree, I spent nearly a decade worked in real estate market and research, pioneering large-scale enterprise distribution systems. I was surrounded by the data and accountability.

Yes — every Keshav Shree project is mandatorily registered with the relevant state RERA authority before any bookings are accepted. You can verify by visiting the respective state RERA portal (e.g., rajRERA.gov.in for Jaipur projects) and searching our company name or the specific RERA registration number, which is printed on all our marketing materials and agreements. We share all RERA documents proactively at the first meeting — you don't need to ask.
What documents do I need to book a property with Keshav Shree?
For Indian residents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, 3 months' bank statements, and a booking cheque. For NRIs: Passport copy, OCI/PIO card (if applicable), NRE/NRO bank account details, and overseas address proof. Our NRI desk handles all FEMA compliance and can complete the entire booking process digitally without you needing to be present in India.
What is the payment schedule and what happens if possession is delayed?
Our payment schedules are construction-linked — you pay in tranches tied to verified construction milestones (foundation, plinth, floor-wise casting, etc.), not arbitrary calendar dates. Our builder-buyer agreement includes a delay penalty clause: in the unlikely event of delay beyond 90 days, we pay you interest at 6% per annum on your deposited amount for every month of delay. This is legally binding and has never been invoked in our 15-year history.
Can I get a home loan for a Keshav Shree project, and which banks are approved?
All our projects are pre-approved by 12+ leading lenders including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, PNB Housing Finance, LIC Housing, and several NBFCs. Pre-approval means faster processing — typically 7–10 working days instead of the standard 30–45 days. Our dedicated home loan facilitation desk works with your assigned bank relationship manager and handles all documentation, helping you get the best available interest rate.
What quality standards govern construction at Keshav Shree projects?
We follow IS standards for all structural work, with concrete grades of M25-M40 depending on the project. All projects undergo third-party structural audit by an independent certified engineer at foundation, plinth, and every floor completion stage. These audit reports are shared directly with registered homebuyers via our buyer portal. We also maintain a quality bond of 5% of project value for 5 years post-possession to cover any structural defects.
How does Keshav Shree handle possession and what's included at handover?
Possession includes a comprehensive pre-handover inspection where you (or your representative) walks through the unit with our quality team and flags any snags. All snags are rectified within 30 days at no cost. Handover includes: OC (Occupancy Certificate), property completion certificate, all as-built drawings, warrantee documents for all fixtures and appliances, and a dedicated property management onboarding session.
What are the charges beyond the base price?
Our all-inclusive pricing model covers: the unit cost, parking (one covered space per unit, additional at ₹5L–₹8L depending on project), club membership (first year free), and PLC (Preferred Location Charges for corner/park-facing units, clearly disclosed upfront). Statutory charges borne by the buyer: stamp duty (as per state law), registration fee, and GST (currently 5% for ongoing projects). We provide a detailed cost breakdown at the first meeting so there are zero surprises at the time of agreement.
What is the process for NRIs to invest in Keshav Shree projects from abroad?
NRIs can complete the entire purchase process digitally. Our NRI desk provides: e-KYC verification, digital booking form and agreement signing, NRE/NRO account-compliant payment gateway, Power of Attorney templates if you'd like a representative in India, and FEMA-compliant repatriation advisory.
